Call for the Invitation for Proposal Integrated Assessment of Production, Market, and Financing Systems, and Development of Capacity-Building Programs for Smallholder Farmers, Farmers’ Cooperatives and Associations (FCAs), and Local Institutional Partners under the Zero Hunger Accelerator” This invitation is for the provision of non-commercial services under the FAO rules that govern Letters of Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement" of "LOA"). Under these riles only non-profit, intergovernmental, and governmental organisations are eligible to sign LoAs with FAO.
