The Contract Works include: - Full replacement of existing roofing systems - Asbestos removal (Class A/B contractor) - Timber remediation as required - New long-run metal roofing, flashings, spouting and downpipes - Window replacements where indicated - Internal works in areas affected by seismic strengthening - All temporary works, scaffolding, fall protection and internal protection The School will remain operational, with limited spare teaching spaces, requiring careful staging around school terms. Some high-impact works are expected to occur during holiday periods. Construction is expected to commence no earlier than April 2026, with completion anticipated in 2027. This ROI will shortlist suppliers for a closed RFT. A Building Consent Amendment is being prepared; amended documents will be issued at RFT stage.
