External assistance in implementing procurements in the county municipality.

Description

The procurement shall cover the Contracting Authority ́s need for external assistance with the execution of procurements in accordance with the law and regulations on public procurements for Vestfold county, Telemark County and Troms County. The tenderer shall assist the Customer with holding competitions in accordance with PPR part 1, part 2, part 3, part 4 and part 5, as well as mini-competitions for signed parallel framework agreements, for lack of capacity and/or competence in the tenderer's organisation. The tenderer shall also assist the Customer with advice and competence raising measures.
