The response time deadline is 14:00 EDT Work under this contract consists of Barge Mounted Excavator and Scow method harbour dredging and reconfiguration of a containment cell at Grande Anse Wharf. The contractor is authorized to commence work no earlier than July 6,2026. A bird survey will be completed 48 hours prior to the start of on-site activities. Should the survey identify any species at risk within the project area, construction activities may be deferred to mid-September 2026. Work must be completed by December 31, 2026. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost category: between $500,001 to $1,000,000 (HST included) This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers.
