This means that the Government will only evaluate Scenarios 2 and 3 under Requirement 3. Offerors are permitted to present up to 12 slides (+1 cover slide) in 25 minutes to address Requirement 3. RFP Amendment 6 reflects these changes. Due to the late nature of this change, if an Offeror submits a proposal that still includes slides addressing Scenario 1, the Government will remove those slides from the presentation. \n\n The purpose of Amendment 7 is to give Offerors additional time to submit Power Point Slides for Requirement 3 Scenarios 2 and 3.
