Request for Proposal - Town of Madison - Neck River Flood Water Diversion

Description

The Town of Madison is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to prepare engineering plans and specifications for rehabilitation of the Neck River Flood Water Diversion System and to provide engineering oversight during construction activities. The facility includes an earthen diversion dam, floodwater diversion channel, and associated dikes. The facility is located across ten properties, consisting of nine residential lots and one Madison Land Conservation Trust property. The Town of Madison holds easements on these properties for maintenance of the flood control facility. The easement areas are depicted on "As-Built" plans included with this Request for Proposal (RFP). The selected consultant will provide engineering design services, permitting assistance, and professional engineering oversight associated with the rehabilitation work.
