The U.S. Embassy Singapore will post the official solicitation on the SAM.gov website once it becomes available. \n\n \n\n The Department of State, U.S. Embassy Singapore, has a requirement for comprehensive elevator maintenance services to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of three (3) Hyundai gearless traction elevator units located at the Chancery. \n\n \n\n The anticipated performance period includes one (1) base year with four (4) one-year option periods, to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. \n\n \n\n All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be evaluated for consideration. \n\n \n\n The Government may award a contract based on initial quotations without discussion. The resulting award will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. \n\n \n\n A pre-quotation conference is planned; the date, time, and registration instructions will be provided in the solicitation. \n\n \n\n All contractors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer, in accordance with FAR 52.204-7. Prospective offerors are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible. \n\n \n\n Guidance on SAM registration is available at: https://www.fsd.gov/gsafsd_sp. \n\n \n\n Performance of this contract will take place in Singapore. Prospective offerors must possess all required local licenses, permits, and authorizations necessary to legally operate in Singapore.
