We need suppliers that can undertake small day-to-day relocation activities and large relocation projects. The Principal consists of the Taranaki District. The Principal owns and operates facilities associated with delivering health and disability services and is currently undertaking a redevelopment of the Taranaki Base Hospital campus, Project Maunga. As part of Project Maunga, the Principal is undertaking two projects: • the Taranaki Cancer Centre (TCC); and • the New East Wing Building (NEWB). The Principal requires Suppliers with the requisite experience, capability, and capacity to undertake the Services required for these two buildings and any Services that the Principal may require for future projects. NOTE 1: Other hospital districts in the region may source the same / similar services during the contract term as a result of this procurement. The supplier(s) will be required to provide the same terms and conditions and the same / similar pricing and commercial settings.
