Health New Zealand is looking for qualified contractors capable of delivering these refurbishment works in an operational campus. A precondition in the RFT will include respondents providing high-level evidence of undertaking construction as a Main Contractor for a project: • With a contract value of at least $5m; and • In a complex operational environment (hospital, corrections facility, university, school, or similar). We intend to go to market on or after 20 August 2025. The opportunity will be advertised on the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS).
