{"description":" Statement of Work (SOW) \n Project Title: Replacement, Installation, and Calibration of CAT 10R-9661 - Kit ELEK GP Controller on both SSDG’s aboard CGC GASCONADE \n\n \n\t Background \n\tThe purpose of this project is to replace both existing controllers on the cutters SSDG’s with the CAT 10R-9661 - Kit ELEK GP, ensuring proper installation and calibration in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. This work is critical to maintaining the operational efficiency and reliability of the equipment. \n \n\n \n\n \n\t Contractor Furnished Equipment \n \n\n \n\n Qty 2 – CAT Kit ELEK GP – 10R-6991 \n\n \n\n 3. Scope of Work \nThe contractor shall provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and expertise to perform the following tasks: \n\n \n\t Removal of Old Controller: \n\n\t \n\t\t Safely disconnect and remove the existing controllers from the equipment. \n\t\t Ensure no damage is caused to surrounding components during removal. \n\t \n\t \n\t Installation of New Controller: \n\t \n\t\t Install the CAT 10R-9661 - Kit ELEK GP controllers in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. \n\t\t Verify that all connections are secure and properly aligned. \n\t \n\t \n\t Calibration of Controller: \n\t \n\t\t Calibrate the newly installed controllers per the manufacturer's instructions. \n\t\t Ensure the controllers are functioning optimally and meets operational requirements. \n\t \n\t \n \n\n 4. Deliverables \nThe contractor shall provide the following: \n\n \n\t Two fully installed and calibrated CAT 10R-9661 - Kit ELEK GP controllers. \n\t Documentation of calibration settings and procedures performed. \n\t A brief report confirming the successful completion of the work and equipment functionality. \n \n\n 5. Period of Performance \nThe work shall be completed within 5 business days from the start date agreed upon by the contractor and the project manager. \n\n 6. Location of Work \nThe work will be performed at CGC GASCONADE, 100 Arsenal Street, ST. Louis MO, 63118 \n\n 7. Contractor Responsibilities \nThe contractor shall: \n\n \n\t Comply with all safety regulations and standards during the execution of work. \n\t Provide qualified personnel to perform the tasks outlined in this SOW. \n\t Ensure all tools and equipment used are in good working condition. \n \n\n 8. Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) \nNone \n\n 9. Acceptance Criteria \nThe work will be considered complete when: \n\n \n\t The old controllers have been removed without damage to the equipment. \n\t The new controllers have been installed and calibrated per the manufacturer's instructions. \n\t The equipment is fully operational and meets performance standards. \n \n\n 10.
