It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The proposed acquisition is for Medals and Ribbons in support of \nNavy Personnel Command (NPC), located in Millington, TN. This action will result in the award of a Blanket Purchase \nAgreement (BPA) with an ordering period covering the period 31 January 2026 through 30 January 2027 with four (4) \none-year option periods and one 6-month option period IAW 52.217-8. \n\n The Government will consider information received by the specified response date. All responsible sources may submit a \nquote, which shall be considered by the agency. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be \nconsidered solely for the purpose of determination whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the \nGovernment not to compete this proposed procurement action based upon responses received is solely within the \ndiscretion of the Government.
