The proposed acquisition is for Medals and Ribbons in support of \nNavy Personnel Command (NPC), located in Millington, TN. This action will result in the award of a Blanket Purchase \nAgreement (BPA) with an ordering period covering the period 31 January 2026 through 30 January 2027 with four (4) \none-year option periods and one 6-month option period IAW 52.217-8. \n\n The Government will consider information received by the specified response date. All responsible sources may submit a \nquote, which shall be considered by the agency. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be \nconsidered solely for the purpose of determination whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the \nGovernment not to compete this proposed procurement action based upon responses received is solely within the \ndiscretion of the Government.
