{"description":" The Monongahela National Forest requests construction services to construct three (3) solider pile and concrete lagging retaining walls, remove existing drainage culverts, remove and reset existing guardrail, install new drainage culverts, dewater stream, place riprap along streambanks as well as in-stream, regrade stream channel, re-construct and re-grade portions of Forest Road 76 (FR-76), and install rebar and non-shrink, high strength grout along existing bridge abutment foundations as shown in the drawings. \n\n \n\n \n\n Solicitation number 12445526B0007 is issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Forest Road 76 Embankment Stabilization. \n\n \n\n This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237310 The small business size standard is 45M This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
