These items will support the NAVAIR CH-53K Program, and Foreign Military Sales Program for Israel maintenance operations at the O-Level of maintenance for the CH-53K Aircraft. \n\n \n\n The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" for this action. Rhinestahl Corp, as the sole developer, designer, and manufacturer of the items outlined in the attached spreadsheet, owns the proprietary data and as such is the only source with the knowledge and expertise necessary to manufacture the items outlined in the attached spreadsheet. The Government does not have the technical data or equipment to obtain this item from an alternate source. \n\n \n\n (THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS).
