Contractor will sign the receipt (3 copies) of funds in the registry book at the US Consulate Toronto at the time of pick-up. At the point of drop-off, funds will be handed to RBC employee together with the signed receipt. The funds will be counted and deposited by RBC employee to the USDO account. The Contractor shall be certified and licensed by the host government to perform these duties. The contractor shall provide an armored vehicle with a minimum of one armed escort, and a driver.
