Description

The Council of Europe is currently considering different levels of reform to improve usability, visibility, engagement and strategic impact. The Council of Europe’s web presence currently comprises 230+ websites with fragmented structures, inconsistent user journey, and limited thematic coherence. In that context, it is looking for a Provider to conduct a streamlined, focused assessment and provide recommendations for possible web reform scenarios and actionable insights to guide decision-making.
