{"description":" The U.S. Embassy in Panama has a requirement to procure Helicopter Insurance Services for eight (8) U.S. Department of State-owned UH-1ST dual-engine helicopters. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.6 , supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a separate written solicitation will not be issued . \n\n Solicitation Number: 19PM0726Q0008 – issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). \n\n Requirement Overview: \n\n \n\t Vendor shall provide aviation liability insurance coverage for the specified helicopters. \n\t Coverage will apply within Panama, North, Central, and South America, including the Caribbean region (excluding Cuba) . \n\t Insurance must comply with the terms outlined in Attachment 1 – Statement of Work (SOW) . \n \n\n Submission Requirements: \n\n \n\t Offerors must submit a completed FAR 52.212-3 “Offerors Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items” form. with their offer, even if already registered in SAM.gov \n\t A completed and signed item table or a detailed, signed offer must accompany the submission. \n\t Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer, as required by FAR 4.1102 . \n\t All quotations and questions regarding this requirement must be sent via email to: INLPROCPanama@state.gov . \n\t .
