Our problem statement is: \n\n How can USACE and Industry collaboratively structure and execute projects to significantly reduce delivery schedules, improve cost-effectiveness, and enhance the overall quality and life-cycle value of our infrastructure, moving beyond the limitations of our current delivery models of Design-Bid-Build (D-B-B) or Design-Build (D-B)? \n\n The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is committed to delivering vital public and military engineering services in an increasingly complex and dynamic environment.
