Any tender submissions which do not include the full scope of works will not be considered. The project includes Internal refurbishment (floor and wall coverings, cabinetry, ceiling linings, painting), roof remediation, electrical, bathroom and joinery replacement. Localised roofing repairs. End-of-life heat pumps replaced and switchboards brought up to code. The project has arisen due to end-of-life issues and faults addressed within Blocks 1, 6 and 8. Asbestos testing is to be carried simultaneously with the tender process. All potential asbestos works may be tagged out as part of the tender unless advised otherwise by NTT.
