Any tender submissions which do not include the full scope of works will not be considered. The project includes Internal refurbishment (floor and wall coverings, cabinetry, painting), ventilation, electrical, bathroom replacement. Canopy replacement. End-of-life heat pumps replaced and switchboards brought up to code. Replacement of playground surface covering. The project has arisen due to end-of-life issues and faults addressed within Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 54, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13,14, 15 and the playground. Asbestos testing is to be carried simultaneously with the tender process. All potential asbestos works may be tagged out as part of the tender unless advised otherwise by NTT. Drawings are not included for this tender (except the Block 1 Male Staff Bathroom). See scope for details. Measurements are to be taken during site visit.
