The Service Contract Division, C410, Norfolk, Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA, 23709-5000 intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price contract and will utilize procedures to provice court reporting services as outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals, and a contract will not be awarded from of this announcement. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government, nor will the U.S. Government pay for information solicited . The Government will not return any information submitted, nor will the Government compensate any company who responds to this Notice \n\n The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive, and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561492 and Product or Service Code (PSC) is R606. \n\n Interested vendors are required to provide the following: \n\n \n\t Company name, address, telephone number, CAGE code, DUNS number, point of contact (name, phone# and e-mail). If your company is a small business, please identify the socioeconomic status. \n\t Explanation of the company's ability to perform 100% of the efforts required. This statement shall not reiterate or duplicate the language set forth in this notice or language from the attached DRAFT SOW.
