New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) are seeking a drilling contractor with proven experience and expertise in delivering wash drilling and core drilling of water source exploration wells to depths of at least 250m, including undertaking the necessary testing to assess the quality of a potential water supply and completion of the wells where a viable water source is found.
