The service will operate 7 days a week, including public holidays, ensuring the safety and security of HDC assets, staff, and the public outside normal operating hours. The supplier must have a strong local presence, dependable and prompt alarm response times, and capability to deliver consistent, high-quality patrol services. This contract requires a partner who can work collaboratively with HDC, demonstrate professionalism in public interactions, and provide accurate, timely reporting to support HDC’s security operations. Tenders close at 3pm Wednesday 18 February and must be submitted electronically via GETS. Please allow sufficient time to upload your submission to GETS.
