Introduction UNDP is looking for qualified enitities to submit bids for LTA.2026.003 - Long Term Agreement for Office Stationery Supplies . UNDP Mongolia, as a lead Agency and on behalf of the participating UN Agencies in Mongolia, is undertaking a solicitation of bid proposal from qualified suppliers who are interested to provide supply service for Office Stationery Supplies regularly required by the UN Agencies. The LTA duration shall be for i nitial period of two (2) years and renewable for additional one (1) year, upon satisfactory evaluation of performance. The estimated date of LTA commencement is by early May 2026. Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
