Resource Consent Consultants

Description

Hutt City Council (HCC) has a statutory responsibility to process resource consent applications under the Resource Management Act 1991 (RMA). In order to meet these requirements, we are seeking to establish a panel of consultants to assist us with the following areas of work: 1 - Additional technical planning support to carry out the processing of resource consent applications where HCC does not have the internal capacity to do the work; or where there is a conflict to be managed e.g. HCC is the applicant for a resource consent application; and also resource consents related commissioner work. 2 – Expert assessments / peer reviews to be carried out on a range of matters as provided for in Section 92(2) of the RMA.
