This Request for Standing Offer cancels and supersedes previous Request for Standing Offer E60HL-01CONS/A with a closing date of May 27, 2025. This requirement is to supply, delivery and unloading of construction materials tovarious federal departments across Canadaas and when requested by the Identified User. This procurement encourages Offerors to submit an Indigenous Participation Plan (IPP) as part of their offer. See the solicitation document for a description of the specific IPP criteria that will be assessed for this procurement, and an explanation of how they will be evaluated. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is committed to promoting the procurement of environmentally preferable plastic products and the reduction of plastic packaging waste as per the Greening Government Strategy: A Government of Canada Directive, the Government of Canada actions on plastic waste in federal operations, and the Ocean Plastics Charter. Offerors are encouraged to use environmentally preferable packaging for all packaged goods to be delivered to the end user as part of this procurement.
