{"description":"The Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region-Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Quantico, VA, has a requirement to provide program management, instructional services, subject matter expert /curriculum development services, editorial services, multimedia expertise, instructional technology, administrative services, and student support services in support of the Marine Corps University (MCU) Center for Distance Education (CDET) Distance Professional Military Education (DPME) program Academic Support Services. This support is to be provided at the CDET Headquarters in Quantico, VA and mainly at the seven (7) regional Campus and office locations: ?\tMCB Quantico, VA, ?\tMCB Camp Lejeune, NC, ?\tMCB Camp Pendleton, CA, ?\tMarine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Miramar, CA, ?\tJoint Reserve Base (JRB), Fort Worth, TX, ?\tMCB Kaneohe Bay, HI, and ?\tMCB Camp Butler, Okinawa, Japan. This is a follow-on contract of Seaport NxG task order M67854-21-F-3009. It is the Government?s intention to issue a single award hybrid Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) consisting of Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract Line Items for services and Cost Reimbursement for travel. The contract will have a five-year ordering period and a total ceiling value of about $153M. The ordering period is estimated to commence on 3rd Quarter 2027. The proposed acquisition will be procured as a 100% set aside to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611710. The Government will solicit and award utilizing commercial contracting under FAR Part 12 using FAR 15- Contracting by Negotiation. The Government intends to award using best value.
