Mowing and Grounds Maintenance for All City of Waco Fire Stations

Description

The primary purpose of this project is for the general grounds’ maintenance of seventeen (17) City of Waco Fire Station properties. Maps to areas are attached. Work may be performed Monday through Friday.• This contract will be for 1 year with 4 optional renewals.• TxDot Qualifications are NOT Required for this project.• Detailed specifications are attached as Appendices.• A digital version of this document can be obtained from the City of Waco’s Bonfire portal at waco-texas.bonfirehub.com/login or the City of Waco Website at waco-texas.com/bids.• EXCEL Bid Sheet available on request.
