Evaluation of the youth guarantee in the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration.

Description

The Ministry of Labour and Inclusion (AID) would like to strengthen the knowledge basis for the youth guarantee in the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration. The evaluation shall be research based and it shall provide insight on how the guarantee is implemented and implemented, what results are achieved and improvement needs. The knowledge shall be a part of the basis for further development of the guarantee. The assignment will be valid from when the contract is signed until the final report is submitted 30 November 2027 and it has an upper financial limit of NOK 2,500,000 excluding VAT.
