The objective of this assignment is to select a qualified tertiary education institution to: • design and implement two innovation hackathons (2026 and 2027), • strengthen students’ digital, green, and problem-solving skills, • facilitate linkages with private sector actors, • and establish a replicable and scalable hackathon model aligned with national employability and entrepreneurship objectives. Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
