The ESS includes the restoring of the Software House PACS, restoring of Innometriks hardware, installing or restoring Video Surveillance Systems (VSS), installing or restoring Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and restoring intercoms. These services are essential for supporting HUD's mission, protecting employees and assets, and ensuring compliance with federal security mandates. \n\n The Government is issuing a Sources Sought notification with a draft Performance Work Statement to identify a qualified 8(a) company to meet its requirements for these services. \n\n Services shall include: \n\n \n\t The Contractor shall provide preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure that system components are in good working order and functioning as designed for the installed project.
