Project Overview \nThe 55th Wing at Offutt AFB anticipates a requirement for an Architect-Engineer (A-E) services contract. The Government contemplates awarding up to five (5) Single-Award Task-Order Contracts (SATOCs) to be used on an as-needed basis. \n• Projected Capacity: The total ordering capacity for each SATOC is projected at $49,000,000. \n• Anticipated Award Date: September 2026. \n• Location: Work will include design and investigation for construction projects on Offutt AFB and off-site facilities in the eastern Nebraska area. \n• Services Required: The contract will include a broad range of A-E services. While not an exhaustive list, these services may include: \no Architectural \no Blast Protection \no Civil Engineering \no Communications Engineering \no Electrical Engineering \no Environmental Engineering \no Fire Protection \no Interior Design \no Mechanical Engineering \no RF Shielding \no Structural Engineering \n\n \n4. Scope of Services \nThe A-E firm must be familiar with Offutt AFB facility design standards, antiterrorism (ATFP) requirements, CAD standards, and other applicable government codes. The scope of services includes: \nService Type \nDescription \nTitle I (Type A) - Investigation & Analysis \nIncludes studies, reports, design and constructability reviews, peer reviews, surveys, and cost estimates. \nTitle I (Type B) - Design \nIncludes programming, comprehensive planning, area development, and design for new facilities, as well as renovation, repair, and maintenance projects. Deliverables may include conceptual sketches, presentation drawings, final construction drawings, BIM/GIS files, cost estimates, and engineering studies. \n\n \n5. Submission Requirements: Capabilities Statement \nInterested vendors should submit a single PDF document addressing the following items. \nRequired Information \n1. Relevant Experience \nA completed Experience/Capability Worksheet demonstrating experience with similar projects performed within the last ten years.
