Hjelmeland municipality carries out an open tender round to find a project owner to use the co-localisation of Årdal and Hjelmeland welfare centres. A moglegheits study has been carried out for co-localisation in Hjelmeland.The new welfare centre shall include the desse litestene: • Heildøgns institution for long time (sjukeheim)• short term• heimeteneste• ergo therapist• day centre• sheltered accommodation, which the municipality shall operate production kitchens should be co-localised with the care services. Local aids stores localisers in the centre of Hjelmeland. Additions from KST: • In order to use all the advantages of a co-location, must be planned for the preferably development of the area to a multi-functional and future law health centre, with both the care centre, health centre, rop-bustadar, ambulance station and other relevant health related services.• The project shall prepare a plan for re-use for, as regards the development of an existing municipal building with different joint functions. work assignments and other requirements connected to the position.
