These facilities are University-owned or leased and cater to both first-year and returning students. Registrations of Interest are sought for the provision of the following services across the specified accommodation facilities: • Student pastoral care and residential life • Hall administration, operations and marketing • Catering (where indicated) • Interior cleaning • Asset and facilities management Suppliers will be expected to deliver these functions as part of an integrated operating model that supports student well-being, service quality, and efficient facility management. A summary of the service areas is provided, with full detail to be issued to shortlisted respondents during the RFP stage.
