The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. \n\n Solicitation number 15BBNF26Q00000024 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, intends to issue a solicitation for the supply and delivery of: \n\n The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Thomson, is seeking a responsible vendor to provide commercial grade industrial coatings and related paint products. This requirement is supply-only and includes Sherwin-Williams brand-name-or-equal epoxy coatings, acrylic coatings, primers, mold/mildew coatings, and industrial enamel in specified quantities and colors. All materials must meet applicable industry standards and comply with relevant environmental, safety, and quality requirements. No installation or on-site services are included. Vendors must complete and return the attached SF-1449 with their quotation. Full product specifications and quantities are provided in the attached Statement of Work. \n\n Place of performance is the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Thomson, IL, located at 1100 One Mile Road, Thomson, IL 61285. \n\n The contract type will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP). The Government reserves the right to award to the responsible vendor(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation criteria will follow the Lowest Price – Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method, where price and technical acceptability will be evaluated equally. \n\n The solicitation will be made available on or about February 20, 2026, and will be posted to the GPE website at www.sam.gov. All future information related to this acquisition, including any solicitation amendments and award notices, will also be disseminated through this site.
