All bids submitted after 14:00 ETD will result in the bid being declared non-responsive Eyepiece-less Stereo Microscopes The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for the supply of three Eyepiece-less Stereo microscopes. The requirement includes software, Warranty, Maintenance and Support Services. Delivery to Ottawa, ON must be received within 8 weeks after Contract Award Date. Offerors must meet the mandatory requirements detailed in the Request for Proposal. The period of the Contract is from date of Contract Award to one year after delivery and acceptance of the work inclusive. Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for proposals process. Offerors should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for proposals process. The debriefing may be in writing, or by telephone. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers (if subject to any international trade agreement(s): and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner).
