Description

MEP Led Consultancy Services for Apprenticeship Expansion at Linenhall (City Campus), Premier House and TDC (Tallaght Campus), Block D (Blanchardstown Campus). The expansion projects require comprehensive MEP led consultancy services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Architectural, Fire, QS, PSDP and Structural) to assess existing facilities, design appropriate services infrastructure, and support the successful delivery of refurbishment and fit-out works. The consultant will work in conjunction with contractors procured under the Construction Works Management Framework (CWMF). This is an accelerated procedure due to the urgency of the requirement. This was previously published as a national tender and is being republished as an OJEU tender
