GB-London: Planning Advisory Service Local Plan Project Management Support

NOTE: This notice was updated on 06 August 2025 for the following reason: addition of a CPV code(Planning Advisory Service (PAS) are helping councils complete and submit their local plans made under the pre-2025 system before the cut-off date of December 2026 and helping councils understand and respond to a new LURA system of making local plans in 30 months. This support will help LPAs strengthen the project management of their plan-making processes. It includes the co-design of a toolkit, one-to-one support, and group-based sessions to improve timetabling, resourcing, and risk management. The focus is on practical advice and tools that can be consistently applied across both plan-making systems. )
