The Yukon Club and Base Supply HVAC systems must be fully connected to DDC systems, building upon existing connections to the HVAC shop's Orca View and Enteliweb front end systems for select units, including mechanical room HVAC units in both buildings, and one kitchen makeup air unit in the Yukon Club. A comprehensive HAZMAT survey is required to identify and manage any potential environmental hazards within both buildings.
