Description

The objective of this framework agreement is to enable FBA to pursue its mandate and strategic priorities through access to relevant consultant expertise and delivery capacity within the following thematic areas: Women, Peace and Security (WPS); Youth, Peace and Security (YPS); Protection of Civilians (POC); Climate, Peace and Security (CPS); Disarmament, Demobilisation and Reintegration (DDR); and Dialogue, Negotiation and Mediation. The framework agreement is primarily focused on the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, including Syria, with additional priority contexts for CPS-related assignments as described in the Terms of Reference.
