O2X Human Performance LLC. is the only known source capable of providing this training due to its proprietary technology, and no other vendors have authorized third-party service providers for this specific training. This procurement is being pursued under a sole source justification based on the unique capabilities of the equipment and the lack of viable alternatives from other manufacturers. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation document exists for the requirement. Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes management and technical data and cost information, in sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to provide the licenses and proof as being an authorized distributor of the product.
