This project forms the final stage of TRC’s wider Accommodation Project, following completion of a new office building and upgrades to existing facilities. Respondents must demonstrate proven experience in asbestos demolition, live site works, and strong health, safety, environmental and neighbour impact management. TRC is seeking a contractor who can deliver a well managed, staged demolition methodology, minimise disruption to operations and neighbouring properties, and demonstrate strong environmental performance including waste minimisation and recycling. Proposals must be submitted using the Response Form provided and include a separate priced and non priced response (two envelope system), in accordance with the RFP requirements. If suppliers experience issues submitting via GETS, they should contact the GETS Helpdesk in the first instance. A site visit is scheduled as part of the tender process. Tenderers are encouraged to carefully review the full RFP documentation and supporting information available on GETS before submitting a Proposal.
