Description

The Metropolitan District (MDC or District), a municipal water and sewer utility with a primary service area in the Capitol region of Connecticut, is seeking the provision of high solids liquid emulsion polymer that is required for the extraction of water from the District’s Hartford Water Pollution Control Facility (HWPCF) sludge. The bid must be prepared in strict accordance with the scope of services. Qualified companies interested in providing such services are requested to submit a response to this Invitation to Bid (the “ITB”).
