IK-EEA 063-2025 Integration Platform (iPaas)

Description

Bergen municipality shall procure an integration platform. The aim of this integration platform is to get better data and a better overview of data and integrations from all parts of the municipality ́s services in a future orientated information architecture. Bergen municipality currently has no integration platform and a new integration platform shall contribute to simplify integrations between trade and group systems, joint systems etc. The integration platform shall be provided as a service over the internet (iPaas) and comprises the establishment of the service, including training, configuration, adaptation and integrations, as well as operation/management and user support. The contracting authority for the procurement is Bergen municipality, c/o the Section for Digital Transformation (SDi). The integration platform shall be a group system in Bergen municipality. The integration platform shall primarily be used by management resources in employee services, but also by management resources connected to other professional environments with integration needs in the municipality. The contract also includes an option for consultancy services for further development of processes after the delivery date.
