The services include, but are not limited to, mowing, vegetation control, and the emptying of rubbish bins to ensure the cemeteries remain safe, accessible, and respectful places for our community. The towns are Dannevirke, Eketahuna, Norsewood, Ormondville, Pahiatua and Woodville. This offers an opportunity to partner with Tararua District Council in delivering an essential public service across six towns. By maintaining our cemeteries to a high standard, you will be contributing to the dignity, cultural respect, and community pride that these spaces represent. Services include, but are not limited to, mowing, rubbish removal, trimming, weed control and maintenance. Please find attached the RFP and RFP response form, with pricing template, scope of works and draft terms and conditoins for services. Please note- this may be awarded as 1 contract (ie: 1 supplier) or multiple contracts (ie: multiple suppliers) depending on the outcome, value for money and market response.
