Framework agreement locks, fittings and access control.

Description

Kvam wishes to enter into framework agreements for the procurement of technical handrail services and supplies within the discipline of locks, fittings and access control. One of the goals of establishing such framework agreements is to ensure efficiency in the procurement processes. It is vidare a goal that the framework agreement shall ensure stability and make sure that drivers rammar for Kvam herad and suppliers. The framework agreements are intended to cover the main part of the contracting authority ́s continous doctor needs for the services that are dealt with in this competition. Kvam municipality shall have a right, but iga obligation to benefit the framework agreements. Some contractors can be lied through individual assignments or in collaboration with other municipalities, and for larger/special projects the contracting authority can announce a separate competition for the project.
