Smart Communities Initiative

Description

The objective of this RFT is to seek suitable external expertise to roll out the Smart Communities Initiative. The purpose of this initiative is to engage up to 8 communities across county Limerick in an intensive training programme designed to support the development and implementation of Smart Communities strategies to address identified local needs with a particular emphasis on capacity building against changing climate.
