Market Research is being performed pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to identify businesses capable of performing the functions described herein. \n\n THIS NOTICE ALSO SERVES AS THE PRESOLICITATION NOTICE REQUIRED BY FAR SUBPART 5.1. \n\n NO PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED OR ACCEPTED WITH THIS RFI. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS. \n\n SUMMARY OF SCOPE \nThe forthcoming solicitation will require the full removal and replacement of the lift station for the Rosebud complex. The existing lift station provides wastewater service to the hospital quarters units, and several tribal program buildings. Once installation is complete the new lift station will take the full sanitary load for the area currently being serviced by the existing lift station and be sized to handle expansion in the future. Then the existing lift station consisting of the wet well, dry well, pumps and piping will be demolished.
