Concession contracts are those in which a contractor is authorized to provide a designated service in a designated location(s) for a specified period of time. Concession contracts involve the direct sale of supplies or services to authorized NAFI patrons. Payment provisions of concession contracts shall specify the terms by which the contrator (concessionaire) shall pay the NAFI a fee. This Request for Proposal is in accordance with AR 215-4.
