AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by Thursday July 30th 2026 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Real Property Branch requires a qualified consultant to provide consultant engineering services to design and implement a strategy for remediation of three areas of Lyons Creek East, located in the Niagara Region of Ontario. The period of work for this contract, including optional services, is estimated to be from contract award into 2031. There will be a mandatory site visit on Tuesday July 7th at 9:00AM EDT. Attendance by a representative of the bidder is required in order to submit an offer. Interested bidders are to meet at the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority at 3350 Merrittville Unit #9, Thorold, ON L2V 4Y6.
