CHAMPION MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC (UEI: KLV4JGZNZJE8) is the sole distributor of InVita UDI Tracker. \n\nThe applicable NAICS code is 513210, SOFTWARE PUBLISHERS (SBA Size Standard: $47.0m annual revenue). This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available, and telephonic inquiries will not be taken. However, if a party believes it can meet this requirement it must furnish information about its capability, as well as references from other customers who are using these services to the Contracting Officer by 05:30PM Eastern Time on Friday, October 24, 2025. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the required service. Responses received will be reviewed, however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. After the closing date and time of this notice, if no other substantiated sources are identified, the Contracting Officer will proceed with the sole source action.
